Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team as a Tax Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax advisory engagements, delivering tax opinions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision
  • Deliver tax opinions on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Ensure tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax and other tax filings
  • Manage tax assessment / litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities and higher appellate forums
  • Train junior professionals for their professional development and creating a stronger bench
  • Deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing and / or internal managed services
  • SPoC responsibilities for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Business development including identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines / business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation
