Project Manager Position

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of projects within agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project timelines
  • Maintain close monitoring and deliver project outcomes
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress in a timely manner
  • Support and guide team members in their tasks to ensure project success
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead MEP activities across multiple projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Presents project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions to reduce environmental impact
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is a plus
