About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Access Partner to support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation. As an integral part of our team, you will provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio.

This is not about doing the work for the client, but about enabling them to do it—bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

The ideal candidate will have basic coding knowledge, understanding how code is structured, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. They should also have strong communication skills, be able to maintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and make basic code changes.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows.
  • Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards.
  • Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.
