Highly skilled structural engineers are sought after for senior roles.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the field is required.

- Qualifications: A B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a M.Tech in Structural Engineering are essential qualifications.

- Notice Period: The notice period should be as short as possible, ideally immediate.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and integrate processes and procedures.

- Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

- Work closely with clients and structural design and BIM engineers to produce innovative designs.

- Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.

- Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel are essential.

- Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D structure modeling software would be beneficial.

- Experience with precast technology and hands-on experience in designing precast buildings is highly desirable.

- Structural design license is an added advantage.
