About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced City Manager to lead our real estate sales efforts in Delhi NCR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing expert advice to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Build strong relationships with clients through phone calls, site visits, and effective communication.
  • Coordination: Schedule site visits for prospective buyers, coordinate with sellers, and city managers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Research: Find suitable properties for clients and onboard new sellers to expand our portfolio.

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is essential
  • Open to travel approximately 3 days a week within the city

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary (up to ~22k case-to-case basis)
  • Lucrative incentives (direct 10% of company revenue)
  • All traveling reimbursements
  • Salary revision after 3 months based on performance

Salary Structure: The estimated salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month, depending on experience and performance.
