Global Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sourcing Manager to join our team in Procurement GBS. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sourcing analysts and executing sourcing activities across indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sourcing analysts and ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to execute sourcing activities.
- Align the team with business and stakeholder priorities through goal setting, performance tracking, and people development.
- Design and implement the right operating model to deliver strategic sourcing benefits for assigned spend categories.
- Lead the team to have a quality and innovative mindset, ensuring compliant procurement processes and training.
- Ensure a strong work ethic and healthy work culture in the team, driving high stakeholder satisfaction through streamlined processes and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA from a reputable university in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Economics.
- 14+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, supplier management, and contracting for indirect spend, with at least 5 years of people management experience.
- Extensive experience developing sourcing skills and competencies across E2E disciplines and categories.
- Extensive international exposure, intercultural competences, and international stakeholders' capabilities, preferably from a Nordic work culture and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with eProcurement tools, preferably Coupa.
- Curiosity and ability to understand how your area's work is connected to other parts of the value chain to continuously improve processes and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to develop team members.
- Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset to support stakeholders and the team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Comfortable driving multiple projects in parallel.
