Job Title: IT GRC Manager

Summary:

  • Oversee organization-wide compliance program to ensure IT activities meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop strong IT governance program and manage both internal and external IT processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT or security-related field from an accredited university.
  • Hold at least one security certification.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the related industry with insight into IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of IT risk, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the organization-wide compliance program to ensure IT activities meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  2. Implement and manage a strong IT governance program and handle both internal and external IT processes.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of commonly used governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  4. Prepare schedules for periodic reporting and develop operational metrics and reporting activities.
  5. Work with the ERM team to ensure risk readiness for the entire IT landscape.
  6. Serve as an advisor to process owners and provide expertise on governance and compliance.
  7. Create, review, and update IT audit policies and procedures and standards documents.
  8. Coordinate and track all information technology-related audits.
  9. Work with customers, external auditors, and outside consultants on required IT assessments and audits.
  10. Define and document business process responsibilities and ownership of controls in the GRC tool.
  11. Implement a risk assessment framework and program aligned to regulatory requirements.
