UI/UX Lead with ReactJS Expertise
">We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Lead to spearhead the development of high-performance web applications using ReactJS. As a key member of our frontend team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
- Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure application quality and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in frontend/UI development.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS and its ecosystem.
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux and Context API.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
