Warehouse Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the completion of warehouse activities within set timelines and meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet KPIs.
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Have a deep understanding of warehouse processes, including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy.
  • Generate MIS reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders.
  • Prepare E-way bills, Goods Receipt notes, and vendor bills as per agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or fulfillment centers.
  • Knowledge of WMS or SAP-like ERP packages is an added advantage.
  • Graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently, working 6 days a week.
