Senior PCB Design Engineer
  • The Senior PCB Design Engineer will lead the design of high-speed printed circuit boards using Altium Designer.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Lead the design of high-speed printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronic products, ensuring compliance with IPC standards and corporate design standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ECAD design tools, specifically Altium, and strong understanding of PCB design considerations including EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT, thermal management, and safety.
  • Processor and BGA Designs: Experience with processor and BGA-based designs, as well as comprehensive understanding of IPC standards.
  • Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, including fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot design-related issues.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment with evolving PCB design standards.

 

Requirements:
  • Altium Designer Proficiency: Proficient in Altium Designer for PCB design, layout, and routing.
  • ECAD Design Tools: Excellent understanding of ECAD design tools, specifically Altium.
  • IPC Standards: Comprehensive understanding of IPC standards and corporate design standards.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, including fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
