Automation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions using tools like UiPath. As an integral member of our team, you will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and automate repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA workflows using UiPath
  • Develop and maintain automations for various business processes
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues affecting implementation
  • Partner with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies
  • Analyze and improve RPA processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in software development or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with UIPath RPA tool
  • Strong programming skills in C# and .NET framework
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript and VBS
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git
  • Experience working on automation projects for browser-based applications and databases

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience/knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive, and Data Science
  • Integration of RPA tools with application development languages
  • Ability to identify game plans for managing and running RPA platforms smoothly
  • Knowledge of business domain compliances
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
