Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing day-to-day operations of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer Service. Responsibilities include reviewing emails for updates, contacting insurance carriers to document notes and take necessary action.

- Contacting external parties to gather information and resolve issues.
- Identifying problem areas and escalating concerns to supervisors.
- Updating production logs with relevant details.

- Understanding client needs and specifications.
- Maintaining high levels of productivity while meeting targets.
- Ensuring timely completion of deliverables in line with quality standards.
- Following up on pending claims and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing regular status reports.
