Product Strategy Lead

Develop and execute the product strategy to drive growth and revenue for the business.

Lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.

A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager is essential.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

Monitor industry and regulatory changes to ensure that products remain compliant and up-to-date.

Develop and implement the product roadmap, including product prioritization and go-to-market plans.

Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
