- Identify, qualify, and solicit new catering business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
- Proactively solicit affiliate business associated with citywide events.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage offerings.
- Design, develop, and sell creative catered events.
- Account Management:
- Respond to incoming catering opportunities for the hotel.
- Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
