Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly experienced analog design engineer to lead our mixed-signal IP development team from conception to post-tape out phase, ensuring seamless lab testing, customer bring-up, and debug processes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with internal business units on technical topics and IP support.
  • This role involves designing and architecting CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, owning circuit and system specifications, and driving the development of high-quality products.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in mixed-signal CMOS circuit design is required. A Master's Degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal, or RF IC design is also necessary.
  • Candidates should have expertise in Cadence Design Environment and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of layout issues, circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre), and high-speed SERDES/Clocking circuits is desirable.
  • Quick adaptability to new projects and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
