Job Title: Digital Project Specialist

About the Role:
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related tasks, requiring expertise in technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and adapting to changing requirements.
  2. Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to execute campaigns, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  3. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accurate records and easy reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven IT project management experience with social media platform exposure.
  • Solid technical background with software development and web technologies understanding.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
