MDM Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Solutions Architect to join our team. As an MDM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

  • Design and Development: You will design and develop MDM solutions using IBM Infosphere MDM architecture, focusing on data modeling, matching/merging rules, and data governance processes.

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: You will identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to MDM solutions, ensuring seamless performance and efficient data processing.

  • Performance Tuning: You will optimize MDM performance for efficient data processing and query execution, guaranteeing high-quality results.

  • Documentation: You will maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM solutions, including data models, processes, and configurations.

  • Mentorship and Training: You will mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on MDM best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with strong focus on IBM Infosphere MDM.

  • MDM Expertise: Deep understanding of MDM concepts, including data modeling, matching/merging rules, and data governance processes.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and reporting, as well as experience with ETL tools (e.g., IBM Infosphere DataStage).

  • Scripting Languages: Experienced in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python), with familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

  • Matching and Deduplication Algorithms: Experience with matching and deduplication algorithms, ensuring accurate and reliable data processing.
