Script Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced scriptwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing for various platforms, including YouTube, Reels, and social media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing compelling scripts that engage audiences and convey key messages. They will work closely with content strategists and producers to develop emotionally resonant narratives that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling best practices, including pacing, flow, tone, and messaging. The ability to write for different formats and platforms is essential, as well as experience in video direction or co-directing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write engaging scripts for a wide range of content, including reels, testimonials, brand videos, motion explainers, interviews, and campus docs
  • Collaborate with content strategists and producers to develop ideas into compelling narratives
  • Polish and rewrite scripts drafted by internal teams, ensuring they meet high standards of storytelling and execution
  • Ensure all scripts align with our brand's tone, messaging, and visual identity
  • Participate in directional planning, blocking, and shoot scripting when needed
  • Guide VO recordings, scene transitions, and editing cues through your script structure
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience as a scriptwriter, copywriter, or screenwriter, preferably in creative agencies or branded content studios
  • Experience in the tech and ed-tech domains is a plus
  • Strong grasp of structure, emotional flow, narrative layering, and dialogue authenticity
  • Visual thinking skills, with the ability to move on-screen
  • Ability to write for different platforms and audiences, including students, parents, and professionals
