Job Overview

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web solutions.
  • Lead the technology roadmap and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
  • Integrate multiple databases: PostgreSQL (primary) and MongoDB (secondary).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers as the team grows.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in full-stack web development (React.js / Next.js, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication & authorization mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6 to 8 years of full-stack web development experience with leadership exposure.
