Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SOX professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing SOX programs, with a strong focus on risk assessment and control testing.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with complex business issues and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Responsible for executing SOX and IFC designs, walkthroughs, and implementations
  • Creation and mapping of business flowcharts with RCM
  • Risk assessment procedures, including identification of significant accounts and classes of transactions
  • Preparation of SOX documentation, such as process flowcharts and risk and controls matrices

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication and report writing skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK) degree
  • 3+ years of experience in SOX/IFC designing and implementation, preferably from the Risk Advisory practice of a Big 4 or reputed Consulting firms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business situations, risk, and controls in ERP environments
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Capability of dealing with big clients and managing complex situations
