About this Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with our cutting-edge AI tool-chain to generate, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content by rapidly developing fresh games/apps every day via internal builders.
  • Evaluate your own work and leave constructive feedback to improve the machine learning process.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers by reviewing, rating, and annotating their work to raise the quality bar.
  • Distill winning strategies into reusable templates and documentation to enhance productivity.
  • Provide concise bug and UX reports to facilitate collaboration and optimize the AI system.
  • Track engagement metrics to inform data-driven decisions and improve user retention.

Requirements:

  • Have 0-3 years of experience working with General-AI technologies (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • Possess a gamer's taste and can articulate what makes something enjoyable or not.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Showcase the ability to prioritize ideas and focus on high-potential projects.
  • Bonus skills: basic coding knowledge (light JS/Lua/React), marketing fluency (Instagram/Twitter), or data analysis proficiency (basic SQL) would be valuable assets.
