Utility Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our real estate operations by managing utility accounts and ensuring timely payment of bills.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and setting up utility accounts for commercial client locations, collaborating with utility providers to initiate service agreements, and tracking and maintaining organized records of all utility accounts, contracts, and billing histories.
- Key responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, and processing utility bills, reconciling invoices against internal accounting systems, and communicating with property management, facilities staff, and utility vendors to resolve discrepancies or service issues.
- Established ability to work accurately and efficiently with high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
