SAP Ariba Solutions Expert

Nouryon's innovative solutions cater to society's needs, and we're seeking a skilled professional to manage SAP Ariba applications. As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, you'll work together with colleagues to drive business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.

Supporting strategic change and enhancing core applications will be your primary focus. This involves managing SAP Ariba applications, including Strategic sourcing modules, P2P, SAP Ariba Network, SAP MM & PM, and SAP FI & CO. You'll handle application, change, and project support responsibilities, incident management, maintaining applications according to SLA and regional business needs, and periodic standby for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application, change, and project support.
• Manage incidents by registering, monitoring, and resolving application-related tickets.
• Maintain applications according to SLA and regional business needs.
• Be available on call for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule).
• Operationalize priority setting as agreed with the business.
• Function as a 1st escalation point for 3rd party vendors and the user community.
• Deliver application maintenance-related services.
• Identify policy, standard package matters, and contribute to changes after approval.
• Ensure IM process compliance for the area of responsibility.
• Maintain proper and updated documentation of the application.
• Keep CMDB up to date for business processes and applications in scope.
• Execute changes and enhancements: analyze problems, prepare solutions, execute system changes, unit test changes, amend user documentation, implement, and provide aftercare.
• Conduct tests according to integration test specifications, record failures, and diagnose faults.
• Analyze and support key-users' training needs and create/maintain training material.
• Visit customers regularly, discuss tickets and wishes with key users, and demonstrate visibility.
• Regularly contact key users on open tickets and act as coordinator for Key User network and meetings.
• Co-responsible for ensuring applications function and operate correctly.
• Support project handover activities and deliverables/knowledge transfer from projects to Application Maintenance teams.
• Support projects in executing changes/enhancements.
• Participate in implementation improvements and optimization projects.
• Check and create content of transports.
• Actively participate in CAB/Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Administer the SAP Ariba & SAP Ariba Network as well as the SAP Ariba configuration tables in SAP ECC.
• Configure and review SAP Ariba approval flow setups and data.
• Implement further automation initiatives.
• Support complex seller integrations.

We seek an individual with professional knowledge in their specialized field, adjusting the package to NR functional requirements and technical context built on an understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context.

Required skills include experience with relevant Business Applications, Platform infrastructures, relevant business processes, familiarity with IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM, and certification in system maintenance/configuration/customizing.

Business process knowledge includes being aware of and having knowledge of business processes related to a standard package or specific developments and building strong relationships and having overall knowledge of IM/IT and SLAs.
