Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization.

This dynamic role requires a proactive and strategic approach to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Drive campus hiring and explore partnerships with reputed institutes.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from a Tier 1 management institute (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
