Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models, machine learning pipelines, and Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning models and pipelines, including LLM-based solutions.
  • Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components.
  • Fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases.
  • Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models.
  • Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation.
  • Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration.
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance.
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
