Job Title: Customer Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Call Jio customers to explain the benefits of Jio's recharges and assist them in completing their recharge transactions.
  • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers by highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and courteous tone.
  • Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service.
  • Stay up-to-date with Jio's plans, products, and services to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10th pass with 2 years of work experience.
  • Fresher with basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, and local language.
