Job Title: Montessori Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any stream and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment for young children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes independence and self-directed learning.
• Utilize Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning and development.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing regular updates to parents.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and implement curriculum activities that promote holistic development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that supports student learning.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for working with young children and helping them grow and learn.
• Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
