Lead Risk Analytics Consultant

About this role:
As a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, you will lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while minimizing risk.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to develop and implement risk models, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Develop and maintain complex programming models, extracting data and manipulating databases to provide statistical and financial modeling
- Work with senior stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Collaborate with peers to resolve production, project, and regulatory issues, achieving risk analysts and common modeling goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Analytics, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis
- Advanced programming skills in SAS, SPSS, R, or Python, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
