Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Data Platform Specialist to design, implement, and manage our customer data platform using Tealium. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tealium CDP and a passion for customer data management.

  • Design and implement data collection strategies using Tealium's Universal Data Hub (UDH)
  • Configure and manage data sources, including web, mobile, and offline data
  • Develop and maintain data enrichment strategies using Tealium's AudienceStream
  • Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures

As a senior specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest Tealium CDP features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer data management, with a focus on Tealium CDP
  • Strong understanding of Tealium's Universal Data Hub (UDH), AudienceStream, and EventStream
  • Experience with data collection strategies, data enrichment, and data governance
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
