About the Role:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and expert guidance during core business hours.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • IDentify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
    • Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Assist in developing and updating client-facing materials.
  • Market Insight & Reporting:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Owning reporting and insights on client engagement and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in a multinational client-facing professional services environment.
  • Excellent soft skills in handling executive-level clients.
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
