Job Title: Japanese Linguist\

As a Japanese linguist, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between stakeholders in Japan and our organization. This role requires a high level of proficiency in the Japanese language, as well as expertise in help desk support and ITIL.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working on projects that require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.

  • Japanese Language Skill: N2 level or higher in listening, speaking, reading, and writing\
  • Help Desk Support: Experience in ticket triaging and coordination with stakeholders\
  • ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices\
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow\
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills\
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately complete tasks and meet deadlines\
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams\
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions\
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Language: Fluent in Japanese (native speaker or equivalent)\
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field\\
