Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our microbiology team as a key member responsible for driving the testing and substantiation of antimicrobial claims for new projects. This role involves providing critical microbiological support for the development of new products across various categories, particularly personal care and surface care brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with New Product Development teams to substantiate antimicrobial claims for new projects.
  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products in accordance with global and internal standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of R&D laboratory procedures and best practices, recommending minor modifications as needed.
  • Maintain lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards.
  • Liaise with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results.
Requirements:
  • Experience in FMCG or cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing with hands-on experience in conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using global standards like EN, ASTM, and ISO.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with global team members.
