As a key member of our Sourcing Team, you will be responsible for negotiating spot buys, ensuring compliance with client processes and policies, and maintaining a thorough understanding of client operations.Responsibilities:

• Spot Buy Negotiations: You will negotiate spot buys with various suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and prices for our clients.
• Compliance Checks: You will conduct regular compliance checks to ensure that all procurement activities align with client policies and procedures.
• Maintaining Client Understanding: You will maintain a deep understanding of client operations, including their procurement processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Good communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in procurement, sourcing, and problem-solving with a customer-centric approach.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
