Senior Project Coordinator

As a senior project coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing web projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring timely delivery, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted SEO strategies and improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using web analytics tools and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality of content and consistently monitor website alignment with brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
