Role Summary

Sugar Business Hotel is seeking a dynamic and attentive Food Service Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
  • Assisting customers with orders by explaining dishes and drinks and making recommendations as needed
  • Coordinating food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests
  • Refilling water and periodically checking on guests to address any concerns promptly
  • Maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards
  • Cleaning and resetting tables

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for guests
  • Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Able to walk or stand for nearly 100% of shift
