Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our cutting-edge team and drive the future of industrial automation and engineering.

Our goal is to develop intelligent AI agents that revolutionize complex engineering workflows, making them more efficient, scalable, and robust.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with researchers, technologists, entrepreneurs, and developers to design, build, and optimize ML models for intelligent requirement understanding and automation.

With 15 patents and 20+ publications at prestigious scientific venues like ICML, ICLR, and AAAI, we're proud of our research-driven approach and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI pipelines and APIs.
  2. Ongoing deployment lifecycle management, including model serving, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
  3. Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure seamless data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  4. Work on large-scale data processing and real-time pipelines to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  5. Contribute to DevOps practices such as containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in ML/AI engineering with shipped products.
  • Proficiency in Python (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong software engineering practices: version control, testing, documentation.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and model deployment techniques.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Bonus Points
  • Experience with natural language processing, document understanding, or LLM (Large Language Model).
  • Knowledge of requirement engineering or PLM systems.
