Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of test strategies, plans, and automation test data. This encompasses executing automated tests and overseeing defect logs through the point of defect fix validation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
  • Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and up-to-date.
  • Identify and report questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams.
  • Mentor QA engineers in the use of testing frameworks.
  • Assist in identifying, selecting, and implementing tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Defect Management and Bug life cycle.
  • Strong ability to debug test failures and trace to failing code.
  • Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms.
  • Strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language.
  • Integrate automated testing into a Jenkins CI/CD framework.
  • SQL skills and/or data validation.
  • Ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes.
  • Interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Extensive knowledge on implementation of coding standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and guiding the team on solution creation, PoC, prototyping, problem solving, and consulting engagements.
