Job Title: Senior Manager, MIS

The ideal candidate will oversee data accuracy, analyze operations and trends, prepare reports, and support strategic planning, budgeting, and target-setting across Marketing and Admissions.

Data Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of data across Marketing and Admissions.
  • Analyze operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare variance and productivity reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  • Extract CRM reports and track daily team performance metrics.
  • Participate in process review meetings and support budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Software Systems: Proficient with software systems such as LSQ; tech-savvy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office Expertise: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • Work Experience: 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
