Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Security Program Development: Develop and execute comprehensive security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • Security Practice Review & Follow-Up: Conduct internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensure timely remediation.
  • Policy Management: Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Client Liaison: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
  • Continual Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the organization's security framework and practices.

About This Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations, and will have a strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
