AI Research Engineer

We're seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Reinforcement Learning to develop cutting-edge AI algorithms, collaborate on research projects, and integrate these algorithms into existing systems.

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art Reinforcement Learning algorithms and integrate them into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions based on Reinforcement Learning principles.
  • Analyze performance engineering and identify bottlenecks in Reinforcement Learning training processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Python programming languages.
  • Full-stack engineering skills, including data engineering, model architecture, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience with performance engineering and tuning reward functions, hyperparameters, and exploration strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with kubernetes, docker, GPU Performance, systems engineering, and model inference techniques.
