Senior Data Management Professional

This role requires a meticulous individual to manage data functions, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, collate, reconcile, and upload client and policy data in the portal on time, guaranteeing 100% accuracy.
  • Gather, store, and prepare reports as per business requirements, leveraging Excel tools for data analysis.
  • Develop reports based on business needs and maintain deadlines for additions, deletions, and corrections in endorsements.
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis, providing forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.
  • Prepare and present reports monthly, quarterly, and as requested, highlighting key issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, improve processes, and mentor team members.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and develop client services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background; General Insurance certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in General Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
  • Experience in handling data management portals, preferably SAIBA.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent team management skills.
  • Ability to work on large data sets on multiple systems and possess strong negotiation skills.
