About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and securing our cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration between security and development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud security controls, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and IAM policies.
  • Collaborating with the Infosec team to recommend and implement security best practices.
  • Partnering with Application and Infrastructure teams to understand their SecOps requirements and support the implementation of security solutions.
  • Identifying security gaps and driving initiatives aligned with business goals to strengthen overall security posture.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in cloud security engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS core and security services, including IAM, GuardDuty, SecurityHub, Config, Control Tower, and KMS.
  • Experience managing and securing Kubernetes/EKS workloads, with a focus on RBAC, secrets, and runtime security.
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals, including VPNs, VPCs, TGW, firewalls, and routing.
  • Practical knowledge of CSPM, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF solutions, and firewall appliances.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools, including SonarQube, Codecov, Trivy, and Inspector.
