Job Title: AI System Architect

Overview

The role of an AI System Architect is to design, develop and deploy large language models (LLMs) using cutting-edge techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development and Optimization
  • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs to achieve optimal performance.
  • Leverage advanced techniques like prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures to enhance model capabilities.
Codebase Ownership and Maintenance
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient code in Python, utilizing frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
  • Focus on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
Cloud Integration and Deployment
  • Assist in deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Optimize resource usage and ensure robust CI/CD processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
  • Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team.
Continuous Innovation and Learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI.
  • Propose and experiment with emerging techniques to drive ongoing improvements in model performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL.
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs.
