Job Title:

Senior Process Engineer

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement dynamic simulation process models using advanced tools.
  2. Analyze project requirements, translate them into specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Design and configure dynamic process and flow models for Oil & Gas Processes.
  4. Run simulations for a wide range of scenarios with built models.
  5. Conduct dynamic process and control studies.
  6. Perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  7. Support Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems.
  8. Lead OTS projects with cross-functional teams for end-to-end design & delivery for various customers.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 8+ years' experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations / process controls / process Engineering.
  3. Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First-Principles modeling.
  4. Proficient in Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, and other modeling tools.
  5. Certification on Aspen Plus / Hysys / Pro-II / Dynsim is an advantage.
  6. Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Detailed knowledge of Chemical Engineering principles and operations.
  9. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
