About the Role:

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Study Abroad Programme Specialist to join our team in India, who will be responsible for marketing our services to prospective students and families.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other organisations to promote our study abroad programmes.
  • This is a commission-based position, where the specialist will earn a percentage of the fees collected for each student successfully placed in a study abroad programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market 7Arch Study Abroad services to reach students and families who aspire to study abroad.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, events, and partnerships, to attract prospective students.
  3. Identify and engage with students through various channels, building a strong network of leads.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to students and families about study abroad opportunities, including academic programmes, cultural experiences, and financial considerations (training will be provided).
  5. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organisations to promote 7Arch Study Abroad services.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends, policies, and best practices in international education.

Qualifications:

  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping students achieve their dreams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Compensation:

  • Earn up to ₹6.5 lakh per annum as a commission-based specialist, plus opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance and client satisfaction.
  • A certificate of experience and recognition will be issued to specialists upon completion of tenure or key milestones.
