About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and execution of electrical or electronics related projects. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding a team of 4 to 5 members to achieve project goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily work for O&M by Technician/Install Vendors
  • Execution of Daily planned Install and O&M activities
  • Providing technical Support to site team for technical issues
  • Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and client complains
  • Evaluating the performance of employees and organizing trainings
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and Monthly reports
  • Coordinating and managing Contractor for resource and tools availability
  • Ensuring all site execution must be done in compliance with Company safety standards
  • Managing and resolving all project installation and operational issues with the team and working closely with them to ensure completion of the task in defined timelines

Essential Competencies/Primary Skill Set:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
  • Team Oriented. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Energy, Power Operations
  • Knowledge of communication systems
  • Must have hands-on for MS Office

Desirable Competencies/Secondary Skill Set:

  • Ability to travel as and when required
  • Root-cause problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision mindset
  • Good knowledge about electrical instruments and engineering principles
  • Excellent on Customer Communication

Education & Experience: 5 to 6 years with Engineering degree or Diploma with 7 to 8 years of experience and must have 3-5 year of relevant supervision for Installation & Maintenance work of electrical system
