Job Description:

As a seasoned IBM ISIM/TDI support specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our identity management systems. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to ISIM/TDI environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the lifecycle of identity management systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control.
  • Ensuring system functionality and resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Supporting various IBM security tools and conducting regular health checks and monitoring of ISIM/TDI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Assisting with upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure systems are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and governance.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments.
  • Expertise in LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services, as well as web services (SOAP, REST) and integration protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required.
