Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to work on the Oracle EBS platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and OAF pages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support the functionalities and solutions within the Financials (AR, AP, FA, and GL) and Procurement modules in the Oracle eBusiness suite applications.
  • Work on updating and maintaining applications, writing new and maintaining existing reports, performing data conversions, and assisting in projects and production support using PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms/OAF, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and senior developers to analyze and understand business requirements, prepare functional and technical design specifications, record progress, and documentation in Atlassian Jira.
  • Provide functional support and technical troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Coordinate with the database administrator, developers, and system administrator to implement and migrate code.
  • Unit test code changes, work with QA on test plans, and adhere to established coding standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure development standards and best practices are followed.
  • Assist in estimating work effort, determining required resources, and setting a realistic schedule for development.
  • Post-delivery, assist in supporting the live application by troubleshooting bugs and implementing bug fixes.
  • Work closely with the support team in managing escalations and providing timely and quality production support to business users.
  • Be available for on-call or extended after-hour support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a manner consistent with 11:11's Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
  • Responsible for receiving, transmitting, and handling company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training, certification, and policy acknowledgments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of software/application development experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, OAF pages, and integrations.
  • Prior functional experience with Oracle Receivables.
  • Functional experience with Oracle Payables, General Ledger, and Purchasing.
  • Good understanding of Accounting, Journal entries, and Financial Statements.
  • Firm understanding of the development lifecycle and exposure to both traditional waterfall and Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience utilizing Mulesoft or other middleware technology to process data from external sources.
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML, XML development.
  • Experience with UNIX and Shell Scripting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and organization skills.
  • Positive outlook, can-do attitude, and ability to work using their own initiative.
  • Legally eligible to work in the assigned region without visa sponsorship.
