About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and innovation by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and passionate individual with a strong background in digital marketing and a keen interest in AI and SaaS industries.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in using various marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email campaign tools, and have a good understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, including creating and managing content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns.
    • Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and engagement rate.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Support the sales team by providing campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies.
    • Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and follow-up communication material.
  • Outreach and Collaboration
    • Manage email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, and other outreach channels.
    • Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach for higher conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Marketing Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing / outreach / sales enablement (internship or full-time).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, email campaign tools, and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech industries is a plus.
