**Job Title:** AI Innovator for Data-Driven Solutions

**Salary:** ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced AI Innovator who will spearhead our efforts in developing data-driven solutions using machine learning and computer vision techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI models to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
  • Leverage expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Train and fine-tune models using new and modified training datasets.
  • Select features and build classifiers using machine learning techniques.
  • Conduct data analysis, curation, preprocessing, modeling, and post-processing to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant information for building analytic systems.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS) to deploy AI models.
  • Document project requirements, methodologies, and outcomes for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist.
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Deep Learning projects using CNN, Transformers, Encoder, and decoder architectures.
  • Working experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and their applications.
  • Familiarity with LLM Agents and related frameworks.
  • Good programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning and computer vision based techniques and algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
